As a Senior Communications Specialist, Victoria weaves the many threads of IDEO.org’s multi-disciplinary team and community of partners to craft compelling narratives on what we do and why we do it.

Prior to joining IDEO.org, she cut her teeth in communications at Brooklyn Grange, where she worked towards building a more climate-resilient New York City, and as a founding member of 1:1 Foods, a food justice social enterprise born in response to the pandemic. In a past life, Victoria connected people through stories as a journalist in Beirut, Lebanon.

Victoria holds a B.A in Government & Religion from Smith College in Northampton, MA. As a big fan of life on Earth, you can find her hunched over marveling at a flower or foraging fruit in unexpected places in New York City.
