As a Senior Coordinator for IDEO.org in Nairobi, Esther's role is to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable and to create healthy work environment for everyone at the studio. She loves turning everyone’s moments into memories! She's the person in charge striking the balance between work and play in the studio.

Prior to joining IDEO.org, she worked at Ushahidi as Operations Manager and Personal Assistant to the Ushahidi co-founders. Esther holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Leisure and Hospitality Management from Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. She's also holds a Certified Hospitality Supervisor Certificate from The American Hospitality Academy.

When not at IDEO.org, she spends her time with her loving husband and son, singing in church, and riding a motorbike.
