As a Design Research Lead for IDEO.org with expertise in community design and community-led research, Dani supports our teams by learning about the needs of the communities we design with and for. 

In her last role at IDEO, she led community design projects with such partners as the Earthshot Prize, The Rockefeller Foundation, Nike, Sanofi, Closed Loop Partners, and Curriculum Associates, among others.

Daniela has worked for private-sector companies, NGOs, and public-sector organizations in the United States, Colombia, and Latin America. In these roles, she implemented innovation programs at a global scale, contributing to the research phase and facilitation of peace-building and multi-stakeholder projects with international cooperation organizations, including USAID, The Carter Center for Latin America, and the Caribbean Program. 

Dani is passionate about art, music, dance, and the power of plant-based nutrition. She's a faithful believer in laughter and humor as drivers of change.
