Ridhi Arun

Design Research Lead

Ridhi builds relationships and structures that foster community-led design and designs solutions that improve health in refugee, immigrant, and migrant communities.

Through the Vaccine Confidence program, Ridhi has had the honor of working with several community-based organizations to build toolkits and services to increase COVID-19 vaccine confidence and uptake, including Refugee Women’s Network to build Mothers x Mothers

At IDEO.org, Ridhi has worked across various Global Health projects ranging from improving services to curb infectious disease to developing strategies for pillars of society including childcare, education, and health. She previously worked to develop monitoring and evaluation approaches with Partnerships for Trauma Recovery, which provides mental health services for refugees and asylum-seekers who have resettled in the Bay Area.

Ridhi holds an MS in Global Health Sciences from UCSF and a BS in Neuroscience from UCLA. In her spare time, she’s searching for a sunbeam, reading one of three books she has open, or looking for a local trivia night.
