Ridhi Arun

Program Manager

As Program Manager, Ridhi has a bird’s eye view of everything related to the Global Health Practice. Ridhi supports the Global Health Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Director, Partnerships Lead, and designers in their work to create transformative health solutions. From day-to-day practice operations to supporting the Global Health vision and strategy, Ridhi works to keep the ball rolling.

She previously worked with a non-profit in Berkeley, California called Partnerships for Trauma Recovery, which provides mental health services for refugees and asylum-seekers who have resettled in the Bay Area, where she developed a monitoring and evaluation study for their clinic. Much of her previous work centers around refugee health, mental health, and the intersection of health and human rights.

Ridhi graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor of science in neuroscience, and the University of California, San Francisco with a master of science in global health sciences. She enjoys learning about philosophy, humanitarian assistance and other light topics. On the weekends, you can catch her in a local bookstore, looking for a cozy wine bar, or laying in the sun pondering the meaning of life.
