Senior Partnerships Director

Androniki Lagos is a Senior Partnerships Director at, cultivating key relationships and connecting to opportunities to enhance economies that honor the whole human experience.

Before joining, Androniki worked across the private and nonprofit sectors, advancing a vision for an equitable economy. Her career includes developing and implementing a community wealth-building strategy at Urbane, designing and launching food systems programming in Central Brooklyn, and playing a leadership role in launching and expanding Divine Chocolate USA, a farmer-owned Fairtrade social enterprise.

Androniki holds an MS in urban planning from Columbia University and a Certificate in Economic Democracy and Community Ownership from CUNY. She also serves on the board of Citizens for Constitutional Integrity, fighting for government accountability and stronger protections for our democracy.
