The Chroma Collective creates opportunities for donor institutions across the global development ecosystem to innovate and produce radically new ideas in their approach to gender mainstreaming.
Members work together to build a more robust perspective of the ecosystem by looking outside their organizations, direct peers, and geographical contexts.
As a Collective, we roll up our sleeves to take a practical and generative approach to the most sticky challenges, grapple with tough questions, and translate them into tangible ideas.
Together, we collaborate across organizational silos, drive new ways of working, share promising practices and learnings, and co-create solutions to boost our joint impact toward gender equality.
The heart of the Chroma Collective is its community. The Chroma Collective community includes its members, executive sponsors, and Catalyst Network. These roles combine to spark new and innovative ideas for advancing gender in international development, designing these ideas into tangible solutions, and supporting them to take root across institutions and the broader development ecosystem.
