As an impact lead in IDEO.org, Tasha supports teams globally on designing impact strategies for projects, programs, and portfolios. She’s particularly interested in strengthening solutions through impact theory and rigor in measurement.
Prior to IDEO.org, Tasha worked to design evidence-based solutions at a number of organizations focusing on agriculture, health, and community development. She has led research and evaluation activities for programs ranging from a micro-financing initiative in Harlem, New York to a post-harvest loss project in Kano, Nigeria.
Tasha holds a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester and an MHS in environmental health Science from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. When she’s not working, you can find her playing tennis or going for a long walk with a friend.
