Nicole is a Design Lead at IDEO.org. She is a storyteller, visualizer, synthesizer, and maker with a particular passion for designing for women. She loves creating delightful experiences to connect people to services that will make their lives easier. As a communications designer, she is interested in exploring how branding can be applied to make ideas and products more welcoming and inclusive.

Nicole has a Bachelors of Graphic Design degree from North Carolina State University. A Southerner at heart, Nicole has an appreciation for rocking chairs and warm hugs.
