Nathalie Ngatia

Managing Director

As Managing Director for Nairobi, Nathalie is responsible for developing the organization's strategy in Sub Saharan Africa–building and maintaining partnerships as well as managing the new project work pipeline for the studio.

Prior to joining, Nathalie was the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances at Standard Chartered Bank (Kenya), where she led the organization in developing the partnership strategy, growing the partnership team from scratch, and executing on alliance deals that contributed to the organization’s brand equity and revenue in the region. Before that Nathalie worked with American Express (AMEX), UK on the strategy for the service and call center operations, where she led the roll out AMEX UK's first home-based call center service model in 2013. Nathalie has also held a position as Corporate Relationship Manager at Standard Bank of South Africa in Nairobi (Stanbic) and worked on consultancy projects for Manchester Radio, PZ Cussons baby product division(UK), and Samvo Gaming limited international business strategy for Germany and Poland.

Nathalie holds a Bsc. (Hons) International Business Administration from United States International University (USIU-Africa) and an MBA from University of Manchester (Manchester Business School) in the UK.

She sits on the University of Manchester (Manchester Business School) Advisory Board and Kenyatta National Hospital League of Friends Society Board. Nathalie is also a member of the BeAWillL Global Network from the Breakthrough leadership program Africa. For fun, she enjoys working out, meeting new people, and serving as a thought leadership writer and speaker on matters of leadership, sustainability and partnerships.
