As a Partnerships Director at IDEO.org, Brynn focuses on creating the conditions for great design, supporting design teams to do their best work, and building relationships with a diverse set of partner organizations working in support of IDEO.org’s mission to create a more just and inclusive world.

Brynn’s work at IDEO.org has spanned sectors and geographies, including building a portfolio of work related to humanitarian contexts and displaced populations, stewarding digital financial services projects in support of micro-merchants around the world, and expanding IDEO.org’s health equity work in the US. 

Prior to joining IDEO.org, Brynn worked at a number of organizations focused on women's health, family planning, and HIV prevention and treatment. She was a Global Health Corps fellow with mothers2mothers in Malawi, working to harness the power of mothers to end pediatric AIDS. With a passion for working at the intersection of creativity and strategy, Brynn loves wrangling wild information into coherence.

Brynn holds a bachelor's degree in International Studies with an emphasis on Global Environment and Health from the University of Michigan. If she's not in the office, Brynn can most likely be found on top of a mountain or playing soccer—occasionally both.
