Senior Talent and Operations Lead

As the Senior Talent and Operations Lead, Beverly is responsible for working closely with the Leadership, Talent team,  and the extended organization to develop and implement strategies toward world-class talent and operations functions at Based at the Nairobi Studio, Beverly supports in all areas of talent management, talent sourcing, agile performance management, employee relations, employee wellness, competitive and attractive salary benefits strategies, employee engagement, and other talent roles and initiatives.

Prior to joining, Beverly was the Senior HR and Operations Advisor at Ipas Africa Alliance where she supported the HR functions in the region. She worked closely with the leadership teams to design and implement an agile people management strategy. Beverly has vast experience with several International nonprofit and corporate organizations including, Ipas Africa Alliance, The BBC World Service, African Virtual University, Deloitte and Touché, Kickstart International, International Medical Corps and Resolution Insurance.

Beverly is passionate about developing people strategies and policies that are well thought out, empathetic, and acknowledge employee relations. She believes that wellness stands out over and above any well-written strategy

Beverly holds a MSc degree in Organization Development from the United States International University – Africa (USIU). A bachelor's degree in Sociology from Moi University in Kenya, a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from The Technical University. She is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)in Kenya and the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM). She is currently pursuing a Chartered Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP-K) certification.

Beverly is a sucker for traditional Ethiopian coffee, she is driven, and a risk-taker. When she's not at work Beverly enjoys spending time with family and friends over a barbecue.
