Anne Njoroge

Partnerships Lead

Anne is a Partnerships Lead at working with partners focused on women’s health, digital and financial literacy, and agriculture in Subsaharan Africa. A natural connector, Anne loves building relationships and helping partners find opportunities for design to enhance their work and contribute to the economic empowerment of the continent.

Prior to, Anne worked in partnerships and government relations for Evidence Action, an international NGO focused on health as well as water & sanitation. Before that, she began her career and honed her relationship management skills as a field operations manager for a shipping company in China—managing relationships and logistics with companies across East Africa.

Fueled by an interest in and passion for conservation, climate change and climate resilient agriculture, Anne earned a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Kenyatta University in Nairobi, Kenya. 

Outside of work, Anne can usually be found at home—listening to all genres of good music and busting a move or two around her living room or practicing her communication and negotiation skills with her two young children. She is also a volunteer for the Kenya Red Cross.
